After sales service

Our jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice or certificate of authenticity.

The FEIDT Paris warranty only covers manufacturing defect.

Any damage caused by misuse cannot be covered by the brand’s warranty.
In this case, expert assessment will be conducted in our workshops and will produce an estimate to be paid by the customer.

Our warranty applies to normal use.

In order for you to let us know about an issue with one of our jewels, an after-sales service return form can be found in the “ Contact The customer can also email contact@feidt-paris.com with a photo of the damaged jewel along with its invoice and a word about how it was damaged.
We will confirm whether or not we return the product, the type of support and the procedure to follow.

Return of the jewel is at the customer’s expense. It is therefore advisable to proceed by registered mail.

Repair times in our workshops are 4 to 6 weeks.
